Manchester City have reportedly made Omar Marmoush, the Egyptian forward from Eintracht Frankfurt, their primary target this month. City officials are preparing their first offer to secure the versatile forward, who has been in outstanding form this season.
Omar Marmoush has recorded an impressive tally of 18 goals and 12 assists across his 24 appearances in all competitions for Eintracht Frankfurt. In the Bundesliga alone, he has scored 13 goals and provided eight assists in just 15 outings, helping Frankfurt secure a third-place position in the league.
City's interest in Marmoush is part of their strategy to refresh and revitalize their attacking ranks, especially with the potential departure of key players like Kevin De Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan. The Premier League champions are keen to secure Marmoush's services before turning their attention to other areas in Pep Guardiola’s squad.
Eintracht Frankfurt, however, would ideally like to keep Marmoush for the rest of the season, valuing him at around £50 million. Negotiations between the two clubs are expected to start soon, with City hoping to finalize the deal before the end of the transfer window.
